Order Fulfillment & Production

All products are printed on demand through our production partners. Once an order is placed, it is sent for manufacturing at the print facility closest to your delivery address to ensure efficient processing and reduced shipping distances.

Because each item is custom-made, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they enter production.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all apparel orders in the United Kingdom 

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

* Product type and size

* Delivery destination

* Shipping method selected

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times include both production and shipping, and may vary depending on product category and location.

Typical estimates:

* Domestic orders (UK, US, EU depending on fulfillment location): 2–6 business days

* International orders: 5–12 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed, as delays may occasionally occur due to courier services, public holidays, weather, or high seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be automatically sent to you via email through Shopify’s order notifications. If your order is split into multiple shipments, each parcel will receive a separate tracking number and may arrive on different dates.

Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide, subject to local delivery carrier availability.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, your order may be subject to:

* Customs processing fees

* Import duties

* Local taxes

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

 

Shipping Issues

If your order experiences any of the following:

* Tracking shows delivered but package not received

* Package lost in transit

* Excessive delivery delay

Please contact us within 21 days of the expected delivery date with your order number so we can investigate and assist you.
