All designs featured on Sylvan Ripple products are original artworks created by Rajashree Sengupta. Each collection is inspired by nature, imagination, pattern, color, and artistic storytelling.
Are your designs original?
Yes. Every design sold by Sylvan Ripple is an original creation by Rajashree Sengupta and is not sourced from stock artwork or third-party design marketplaces.
Are Sylvan Ripple products manufactured by Sylvan Ripple?
Sylvan Ripple creates all artwork and product designs in-house. To bring these designs to life on a range of high-quality products, we work with trusted print-on-demand manufacturing partners like Gelato, who produce each item after an order is placed.
This means that while the creative work, designs, and brand are owned and managed by Sylvan Ripple, the physical production and fulfillment of products are carried out by carefully selected manufacturing partners. This approach helps reduce waste, avoid excess inventory, and ensure that each product is created specifically for the customer who ordered it.
All designs featured on Sylvan Ripple products are original creations by founder and artist Rajashree Sengupta.

How are your products made?
Sylvan Ripple works with trusted print-on-demand production partners. Products are printed and manufactured after an order is placed, which helps reduce waste and overproduction.
Why are products made to order?
Made-to-order production allows us to offer unique designs while minimizing excess inventory and supporting more sustainable production practices.
Will my product look exactly like the photos?
We strive to ensure that product images accurately represent the final item. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the printing process.
What materials are used in your products?

Are the product images actual photographs of the finished products?
Most product images displayed on the Sylvan Ripple website are digital mockups generated by our print-on-demand production partners. These mockups are designed to provide a realistic representation of how the artwork may appear on the selected product.
Mockups are intended for illustrative purposes and are not photographs of the exact individual item that will be produced and shipped. Because each product is made to order, slight variations in color, print placement, scale, or appearance may occur between the mockup and the final manufactured product.
We make every effort to ensure that product mockups accurately represent the design, product style, and overall appearance customers can expect to receive. However, differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing processes, and materials may affect the final appearance.

How long does it take to process an order?

What is your return policy?
As products are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include photographs of the issue and your order number so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
