Refund policy

Refund, Cancellations & Return Policy

Cancellations can be accepted if it is within 24hrs of order placement.

Sylvan Ripple does not accept returns or exchanges as all products are made to order and printed with original artwork.

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

✔ The item arrives damaged or defective

✔ The print quality is significantly flawed beyond normal production variance

✔ The wrong item was shipped by us

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery, with clear photographic proof.

Refunds will not be issued for:

✖ Change of mind

✖ Incorrect size or accessory choice ordered by the customer

✖ Minor color differences due to screen vs print variations

✖ Shipping delays outside our control

If approved, refunds may be issued as:

- Full refund (no return required), or

- Partial refund, depending on the case.

We reserve the right to review each claim individually and make a fair decision.
